Hey Richard did you survive your aunts wedding?

Oh yeah I got back a few hours ago. It wasn't that bad. Mostly because my aunt (not the one getting married) has a broken leg and couldn't get to the open bar whenever she wanted. It was fun. Though I did have a lot of time to spend thinking much to the pleasure of everyone at my table.

No... much to complicated.

Because one of the things I love about writing is the control. Over the characters, the environment, and even the reader.

Especially the reader.

I can't say I ever really gave it all that much of a chance. SOme of those RP ppl are vicious. They get all bent out of shape if you don't do something right, it absurd how serious some of them take it. I use to like join in just to screw with them. I don't anymore but it was funny.

Oh, yes, those people are quite entertaining to troll.

Both of you. Roleplay. Then you can say you don't like it. But not until you've tried it.

I've finished mine except for the editing...its been sitting for two years now. I just can't get motivated to fix it

tell me if I'm wrong...there's a monthy contest, a free for all contest, and a weekly contest? Oh wait and a poetry contest?

it's doable, just needs to be clarified.

Okay there are the three monthly contests which are
The Writing Contest: restricted to writing only; short stories, chapters of books and that nature.

The poetry Contest: for poetry, verses, lyrics and things of that nature.

The Free-for-all Contest: where there is no restrictions and you can enter what ever you wish.

Then we have the Weekly contests which are like the free for all contests but only open for a week. Get it?

I dunno I was thinking about writing up a new members thing like I did for Devil's Advocate. But I wasn't sure...

wait if the free for all and writing contest are so similar why have both?

Well because the Writing contest doesn't include poetry and lyrics and things like that. Where as the free for all has everything and anything.

Again Nate Remember I am ALWAYS OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS!! I have that policy in all my groups.
