I just came across this book entitled When in Doubt, Add Butter by Beth Harbinson. I think its a new book but could be one this group reads. Just a suggestion!!

Thaks for the tip Emily,When in Doubt, Add Butter looks like my kind of book. Seems to have had a few mixed reviews but I'd definitely read it. I just spent over £45 at Amazon on foodie books so that one might have to wait for a bit.

Anyone interested in getting this group going again in 2021?
