The Devil Dancers
Somewhat reminiscent of James Michener’s epic multi-generational historical fiction. Unlike Michener, however, this book is set in a narrower period of Sri Lanka’s history. It appears to have been unconventionally published, so it did not arrive on the scene with the usual big-publisher fanfare. Having said, word is getting round.
