Lolli woke up, shaking. She screamed and flipped out of the girls arms, hyperventilating. "What are you going to do to me?" she lfinched
"I brought you away from the crowd" she said
Lolli was shaking, backed in a corner
"Its ok. Im backing off." She took several steps back
Lolli's eyes are filled with tears. "I-I-I" she breaks off, wrapping herself into the curtain
"I get it. You don't want me to touch you. I wont." She promised sitting ina chair on the other side of the room
"please don't hurt me" she mumbled.
"Im not going to. I promise."
Lolli's shaking subsided slightly. "You won't?" she asked incredulously.
"I wont. I swear."
Danny smiled and leaned back in herbchair. "My name is Danielle. You can call me Danny."
Lolli nodded "I'm L-l-l-llolli
"Its very nice to meet you." She said
Lolli gasped inwardly. Nibody had said something like THAT
Max held the door open for Denna and Trent and then walked in. "You can sit down there," Max said to Denna, pointing to a chair. She looked around to find the nurse. but she wasn't there. "Are there any adults in this school," she sighed. She grabbed a bandage, some rubbing alcohol, and and a few cotton swabs.
Denna nodded, still looking a little shaken up as she sat down, Trent pulling up a chair to sit next to her. "You okay?" he murmured. Denna nodded quickly, giving a weak smile, but her bottom lip was trembling, and she looked like she was about to cry.
"This is going to sting," Max warned, pouring some of the rubbing achohol onto a cotton swab and rubbing it on the scrape.
Denna whimpered a little at the sting, but bit her lip, a few tears forming in her eyes. Trent rubbed her back, trying to comfort her.
Caroline stepped into the Infirmary with with a skip in her step.
Harry walked in with Caroline, worried about.his siblings. He headed over to Denna and Trent, leading Caroline over as well, his hand still holding hers.
Caroline stared at Harry's siblings as she walked.
"Sorry Denna," Max said, putting the bandage on Denna's scraped arm carefully.
"Hey Faith," Max said, throwing away the cotton swab and the bandaid wrappers. She sat down in the chair next to Denna.
"What's wrong?" Max asked, leaning back in her chair.
Max didn't exactly know what to say or how to respond to that.
"Congratulations," Max said softly, with a weak smile. She frowned. "I'm sorry, I'm just not good at the whole social thing. Do you want to.... um... talk?"
"Who is the father?" she blurted out, then frowned. "Sorry that was a rude question."
"What are you going to do?" Max asked, looking over at Faith.
"I'm sorry I am not much of a help," Max said with a frown. She kicked her sneakers against the leg of her chair.
Max stayed silent, sliding the toes of her sneakers on the floor to make a squeaky sound, a habit of her major case of ADD.
"Sure," Max said, grinning. She stood up and walked back out to the field with Faith.
Shelly not knowing walked into the infirmary."Hello?" She said loudly."Where am I? Cause I do not remember." She asked looking for somebody.
Denna, Trent and Harry left the infirmary, Denna looking like she was about to cry, Trent looking angry, and Harry looking weary.
