Thanks for posting this. The map I found of Canada listing the provinces and territories was a bit confusing.
I just posted some photos from our own travels in Canada. I hope others post theirs, it is such a huge and diverse country and I realized I was a bit heavy on the BC side (although I haven't lived there in a number of years, which probably says something about how I feel about it!).
If anyone is still looking for an 'Alberta' book, I just released a book on March 13 called Rosina, The Midwife (set in Calabria, Italy and in Alberta). You can read some excerpts through Google Books to see if you're interested. The books is available in major retail locations and online (through Chapters/Indigo and Amazon). Here's the free preview:http://books.google.ca/books?id=xScsd...
Oh! I read a book by an Albertan author. It was really good too! A kind of sci-fi/horror book. It was called Love, Brains, & tech by K. R. Cox. About an old man genius type and his deep love for his dead wife and this girl Cindy who worked in a coffee shop. Was pretty interesting. Did anyone else read it?
I haven't read it, although it sounds like it might be up my alley. I'm kinda going through a sci-fi phase right now, and I love books about coffee shops.
