Well, since I'm tired of keeping everything in my head, I will put everything about Abillons. Feel free to add. :D

Council - Do you know Volturi from Twilight Saga? If so, Council is almost the same thing except the fact that they rule over everyone. Being feared and respected by some and by others hated. Everyone of them has their own special powers. This society had been going on for decades and no one is higher than Council. Each 1000 years, the Council members are renewed by younger ones (adopted kids). Being in Council is Abillons job and whoever doesn't join, they will be marked at traitor. This society's job is to punish or sometimes kill bad people.

Echo -

Story: Once the first leader of the Council made a horrible thing. He sold his brother and his whole family to pirates for the treasure that was on the island where they found it. That leader ever since then was greedy and manipulative person that everyone hated. Even gods hated him and thought that he wasn't worthy to be leader of Council. There by one of the gods came down wanting to test him out. The goddess came down in a form of old woman. She went to the main mansion and knocked on the door. Servants opened the doors and let her in when she said that she needed drink of water. They hurried to get her a glass of fresh water as the leader came down. When he saw that a peasant was in his house, he was fired like a volcano that was ready to blow. That leader shouted and yelled at the goddess not knowing that she was an actual goddess. And after few minutes, she wasn't be able to take it. She transformed back to magnificent goddess and he fell before her on his knees begging for forgiveness. She ignored his pleads and put a curse on him and rest of the Council. They will have demon sides that are called Echos for every generation of the Council members.

Creature - Every Council member has an Echo, a.k.a. demon side. The demon side is called Echo. The Echo is very important to the Abillons because if they don't have that side, they are basically mortals, humans that are easily to kill. There by, when the person turns 10 or 15 years of age, they have to go through the special ritual that will give them Echo. If they don't have it and they are past 15, they will be mortals now forever.
Echo is the most strongest part of the person. It's, if you'd say, the main power channel. That's from where all the powers of the person came from. It can destroy anything from speck of dust to huge city. Usually Echo comes out whenever the person is angry and it won't recognize its loved one even if the person is right in front of its eyes. It will kill anybody who is in its way. Echo looks like the person that it's part of but if you look into the mirror, you'll see this creature.

Bracelet - It's basically a shield that keeps Echo under control and that's not all. This bracelet needs to be made for everyone by the Council leader with drop of his/hers blood to activate it. This accessory can do practically anything. It can:
~ Communicate each of Council members
~ Do visual message whenever someone can't talk
~ Suppress and take it great amount of energy.
~ Transform the person into someone or something else
~ Summon anything
~ Help the person in battles
And many more things. It needs to be given right after the ritual before the Echo can escape and be the whole person without human side. For each person it's different shape and has a different stone because each member of the Council has different eyes color when they transform into Echo.

Abillon Family

History: The Abillon Family had been one of most influential families at each era, holding back in the shadows and orchestrating everything to show off their power.
