I recently heard Paul Lynch speak about his new book Prophet Song as part of the author Inprint Houston reading series. This is a great program if you live near Houston. As an author, it was fascinating to hear him talk about his process of writing. It was also lovely to hear his Irish accent. I'm excited to read the book.
I'm so excited to announce that Four Anxious Armadillos is a finalist in the Storytrade Book Awards for Children's Middle Grade Fiction!
Hello Readers!Need a little light poetry to read while you relax poolside or head to the beach? Poems of the Point will take you to the PNW where you will read about starfish, orca, eagles and geoducks... (google that if necessary.) If like has presented you with some unexpected challenges, try Brave As Thistles, because sometimes we need to tap into our inner Viking to get through the stuff of life! I'd love to hear how you like either book.
Hello! If you love the PNW, consider my book of poetry, Poems of the Point, a tribute to growing up on the beach with all the wild and wonderful sea creatures in the Puget Sound. For those who have journeyed bravely through life or are in the process of becoming brave through the speed bumps in life, my new book of poetry, Brave As Thistles is for you! Available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and most online bookstores.
