Tarryn - I just finished reading your book for the fourth time yesterday. And once again, I found myself up in the middle of the night, thinking about these characters that Aren't. Even. Real! What is wrong with me?? I have read many, many books, some by your very good author friends, and none of them, NONE! have affected me the way The Opportunist has. Bravo...I love you and don't even know you. Thank you for doing what you do, and doing it so well!

This book was so good. I wasn't sure what to think when I was done. I was mad that Olivia was such an emotional idiot, that Caleb didn't fight enough, and Leah can simply kick rocks!! Looking forward to book 2. I hope it ends like I want it to :)

Caleb will have his own book, in it I think he will redeem himself to many of the readers. Don't forget the sacrifices he made for her. I didn't write a "perfect" character like Edward Cullen. I wrote about a flawed human. I think sometimes that is what delivers the whiplash. ;)

Tarryn, I felt like you punched me in the face last night when I finished The Opportunist. After calming down and sifting everything through my brain for the last 12 hours, now I'm just beside myself. Maybe they arent supposed to be together. Now that I think more about Caleb, he really isn't that good of a person. Reading their college years and how he bounced from one girl to another then the cheating to top it off, I really dont know if I even like him. You have given me a whiplash of emotions and for that, I thank you. This one really made me think...
