I'm so glad you added my "little" book to your TBR pile. You'll love it.

Thanks for the friends request! I'm actually going to have to read one of your books when my TBR is looking less daunting. I absolutely love Ancient Egyptian fiction; it's such a rare genre.

Thanks! I hope to have the paperback all formatted very soon, if all goes as planned.
Hmmm...light-hearted historical fiction with Jesus. I've heard
Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal is a good one, but I haven't read it myself.
Psyched to see Baptism for the Dead out! I'm going to get it in paperback when it's available.BTW - any recommendations for historical fiction that's funny or lighthearted? I'm researching fiction with Jesus as a character ... and it's all so painfully serious ... looking now for something set in the ancient world that's a little more chipper in tone ...
Hi Lavender,Just saw your post on the hater's group - I'm not a member so can't reply on the thread - but I can recommend SeaBiscuit if you haven't read it, since you said you like nonfiction! That is a serious page-turner and one of the few nonfiction books I've read that would qualify as escapist!
Thanks for the friend request! And yeah, that situation was er, umm, less than desirable. The good part is I've made a lot of new friends! :D

Ooh, and just picked up a copy of your book on smashwords through your e-book giveaway. Yay, looking forward to checking it out - I love historical fiction! (I'm currently in revisions for one I wrote set in 1850s France ...) Thanks for the giveaway!
