Angie talks of her experience as a mother and the realization of the separation she has to have with her daughter regarding her influence. At one point her as a mom she’s only gonna be able to provide the tools to allow her to make her own choices and that’s honestly the best that she could do.

Jen talks about money and the importance of financial independence she says “having money gave me emotional freedom. It gave me space and safety. It was one less thing to worry about”. She also talks about how seeing her dad go for his dream and seeing her mom put her dreams aside, reassured her that she needs to make her own money and bank on herself.

Angie talks about the relationship with her husband when they got married at the bachelor party. He had sex with a stripper and did drugs and didn’t arrive home until 6 AM. There were so many signs for her not to marry him and even her parents were telling her not to marry him, but even though in her heart, she knew she thought marriage would’ve fixed it all.

Jen talks about how her relationship with Angie grew. Angie was a very Bible, thumping religious woman from Oklahoma City however, when Angie‘s father died, it made it easier for her to distance herself from that close minded mentality Jen has me know, apparently has always spoken her mind and it is so incredible how unapologetic she is About her beliefs I love it. I want to strive to be a little bit more like Jen.
