Status Updates From The Zealot (The Plagueborne...

Super divided on this so far. I really like the setting, but a lot of the story is bogged down by side characters and backstories that probably should have just been exposition as there isn't enough time in the book(s) to really flesh them out properly. The writing is a little clunky in places, but I am enjoying myself.

I do wish the story focused on Katarina and Ezekiel, though. They're easily the best characters.
