Aragorn basically told her to shut up and I am CRYING the way Serkis voiced Gandalf’s lines 🤣

“WE HAVE NO TIME FOR TALES, PIPPIN! I MUST HEAL EVERYONE!!!!”
2.5 seconds later…
“IF I EVER HAVE A FAMILY AND HOUSE IMMA NAME EM ALL STRIDER…!!!! (goes on and on) Okay, cool, now that that’s established, I shall NOW go and heal people.”

I know a lot of fun is made of Gandalf just taking random people and sending them off on often treacherous adventures but the way this man cares for each of them all, individually, as family?! Makes me want to sob! The ultimate found family was created by Gandalf the Grey

Yoooooo… rewatching the anime of Howl’s Moving Castle after reading the book is BIZARRE!!!! The book? 100% better…! The film? Way more sweet and romantic! Still love the film but like… THE BOOK THOUGH!!!!

Ugh I immediately ordered books2&3 because this is ending way too quickly and I am NOT prepared for it!!

The scene of Howl in the enormous blue and silver suit is the most fantastically hilarious thing I’ve ever read 😂

I kept wondering why people said the book was different than the cartoon and then it hits… I see now, but it’s still SO good!!

And Howl’s bedroom window looks down into his sister’s back yard, where he watches his niece?!?!?! *sobs harder*

I think I like the idea that everybody has a little bit of magic in them, whether they know or accept it or not.
