I’m having so many Big Feelings reading this book. Like one minute I’m laughing out loud and then I’m solemn, a single tear rolling down my cheek and yearning to be in Argentina with an old flame, looking out the window at a bunch of grass.

I’m 9 chapters in and suddenly realizing what this book title means.

DNF because I was losing too much sleep over how much this info was stressing me out. I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts with Dr. Walker and they are a lot more engaging (and to the point) than this book is necessary (imho).

Ugh I guess I’m doing it?
