Her short stories about couples don’t even feel like reading a story they feel like I’m looking into strangers houses and gossiping about their lives.

I’m warming up to these “unsatisfying” endings too

It’s fine! The fact that he doesn’t know what neural networks are / is greatly exaggerating with ML algorithms actually look like in practice is really taking me out of it 😭😭 but alas I do agree with the broader point he’s making so it doesn’t really matter but it also makes me wonder what else is he mischaracterizing yk
