Living is no laughing matter:
you must live with great seriousness
like a squirrel, for example—
I mean without looking for something beyond and above living,
I mean living must be your whole occupation.

İs it possible to possess love? İf this were posssible, love would have take a meterial formand be able to be preserved. But the truth is, love is not such a "thing" Love is an abstraction. Perhaps a strange being, perhaps a Goddess no one can see..

Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the same cycles, especially in relationships. That’s one of the main reasons I wrote Recurring Relationship: Breaking Free from Emotional Repetition.

For a limited time, the eBook is on discount. If you enjoy psychology, self-help, or philosophy, I’d be truly happy if you give it a look.

Wishing you all healthy and peaceful days!

Competition becomes a threat, especially for individuals who were constantly compared in childhood with phrases like, "Your sibling is better than you," "The neighbor's child is doing this, why can't you?" Winning is not just about pride; it's a necessity to avoid losing. Because losing evokes worthlessness, lack of love, and even a threat to one's existence.

The language of compassion, nurtured by empathy and gratitude, is a powerful tool that deepens relationships. This is a universal principle that applies not only to romantic relationships but to all human relationships.

In my opinion, the most important contribution of anxiety is for a person to find their self. It is about realizing their self and self-actualization. Individuals experience various things throughout their lives and are in search. The greatest discovery is for a person to accept their self and feel self-compassion.

Frédéric Gros, in his book A Philosophy of Walking, states that walking is worth therapy sessions....He says that every book should breathe fresh air when written..... I am among those who believe that a walking person breaks away from the shopping chain and becomes courageous. Walking enables the writer, and makes the mind sharper.

As long as society continues to view vulnerability as weakness, individuals will continue to hide their anxiety instead of coping with it. However, vulnerability is the beginning of true strength. Being able to say, "I'm scared," "I'm anxious," "I feel inadequate" means an individual has opened the door to inner courage.

As our frequencies rise, our perception of the world slowly changes. Instead of quickly deciding and getting angry, we pause. We listen. We start asking ourselves questions: "Why did this affect me?", "Why was I so upset?", "What emotion is behind this?" With these questions, another door opens in our inner world. When we step through that door, gratitude illuminates our path like a light.

...The feeling of gratitude elevates a person. It lightens the heart. When you struggle to forgive someone, and you think about what you learned from that person you can't forgive, gratitude seeps into your heart. Perhaps they taught you to set boundaries, or perhaps they made you realize your own worth....

A self-sacrificing person acts like this: "Whenever they call, I rush to their side. I was always there for them in their difficult times. But when I was feeling down, they didn't even call once."

Every major transformation process begins with anxiety. Starting a new path requires abandoning the old and stepping into the unknown. And the emotion standing at the threshold of this unknown is anxiety.
