I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful people here on Goodreads, and I'm incredibly grateful to all of the readers who have spent precious reading time hanging out in stories I've created over the year. I don't take that for granted.

It is always an absolute delight to be back on the road to adventure with Bob and these characters.

I'm dragging this out because I want every Harrow book to last forever.

We're steaming rapidly toward the end of the year, my friends. What has been your favorite read of the year so far?

Harrow writes the purtiest prose. Sometimes I hate her for being so good (but in a nice way).

I have not had nearly enough time to read this, but it's engrossing in typically Langdonian fashion. And now I really want to go to Prague.

Couldn't one of these 8 million Edwards have gone by "Ned" or something, just to make it easier for me to keep track of who's who?

Someone I respect immensely took time this week to share how much they enjoyed my books. It meant the absolute world to me.

The best time to share encouraging words or gratitude with someone you appreciate is right now. I guarantee you will lift their spirits, reinvigorate them, and make them feel seen.

On that note: thanks to all of you wonderful people for sharing your thoughts on great books!

It's almost fall! Shameless self-promotional plug: I wrote The Camelot Shadow and The Strange Task Before Me very much as fall-y reads. There's something about fall that pairs beautifully with mystery, magic, ancient tomes, and slow burns from bygone times.
