Question for all my bookish friends … If I preorder from Baker Book house, does it ship the day of release or do I receive the book the day of release? I’ve never done this before 😂

That moment when you’re working on the final edit of your book and all you can think to yourself is ... how the heck did I miss all of these mistakes?! I am so thankful for editors. XD

I have the full, finished cover, and AQoL is in the hands of an editor for one final edit before I print the proof copy!

Just a general announcement for those of you who have been patiently waiting for "A Question of Loyalty" to come out ...
It will be released on April the 26th! I had never dreamed it would take so long to get finished, but God had other plans for life these past few months. But now I'm back to working on it and it's almost ready to be released into the world! keep an eye out because I'll need ARC readers soon ...

It's bad just how much I'd forgotten about this story. And I'm loving the chance to edit it again and get reacquainted.

Finally getting around to the final edit on this thing ...

Picture this. A confused and angry kid holding a class hostage at gunpoint. Police have surrounded the building. Kid accidentally shoots one of the students being held hostage. The negotiator who is trying to talk him down via cell phone gets him to agree to letting paramedics in to get the wounded boy.
They just sent paramedics into a room that is under active threat. A room police won't enter. Y'all this is wrong

All I can focus on is the fact that a paramedic just let a guy with bleeding head trauma take ibuprofen. *is frustrated*

Hey all! I just sent 'A Question of Loyalty' to beta readers, and I have a few more spots open. If you've read the first two books and you'd like to beta-read this one, let me know! I'd love to have a few more sets of eyes go over it. ;)

Yesterday I edited 14K+ words and wrote 2.5K new words. I'm hoping this inspiration carries over into the next few days because I just realized camp NaNo ends next Tuesday. O.o

I'm working on getting this edited to send to beta-readers, and it's been bittersweet working through it again.
Why? Well, see, I've decided this will be the final book in the series. It wraps everything up well, and gives a satisfying ending. But at the same time... I've been writing these characters for nearly four years, and gone through so much with them. And now they're leaving me.
*sniffs* I love these guys.

I just finished the last edit on this before it goes to my editor...
I must say, I've never been one of those authors to rate my book, since it seems kinda pointless. (I mean, of course the author will love their own book. xD) But if I could choose one book of my own to rate and review, it would be this one.
