The descriptions of violence and madness are always unmatched in his books. I’m enjoying this so much already!!

The first act was a bit slow, and some of the jumping around from character to character led to confusion. But I can feel things ramping up for the second half so I’m eagerly plodding on

Unfortunately not finding anything special so far :( The audiobook narration is great, but the story itself is predictable as are the personalities of the characters. We’ll see how the second half goes…
