So good. So happy I decided to binge Nora Roberts

Love this author and really enjoyed the suspense in this one. Refreshing low stress read.

I have never felt sorry for another woman kissing the hero until now. oh wow poor Jamila. Someone tell me she gets a HEA at some point.

Loved it. Read out of order. I'm going back to book 2 but a little bit worried as I hate 2nd chance unless they both have moved on. Maybe it will work.

I don't know how to rate a book that had such Beautiful possibilities yet drowned under perversion and evil sprinkled into that just smothers my enjoyment. I had to use the 30 second skip feature so many times. It was either that or vomit.

Chapter 7 I think was vomit worthy.

I don't know how this can keep going. I don't understand what would be the purpose of these gross scenes.

Oh gross the beginning is simply disgusting. I pray there's no more of that sickening scene. Purely evil and disgusting.

Not even sure what % I'm at but this way too young adult for me. I can't deal with these characters actions. I need heroes who are more assertive.

Has anyone else noticed that if you click your READ Shelf that a lot of your most recent reads and even ones earlier this year aren't in order? I actually thought mine weren't there but when I selected the arrow by date read to sort to oldest they were all there. It's strange. They are showing up as oldest reads with NO read date , yet when I select edit it is there. If you add it again it makes it show Read twice.

I guess it had to happen that I finally found a JG I didn't really enjoy. This barely had any romance. I pushed myself to finish it. It didn't even seem like Julie wrote it.

I haven't felt this giddy over a book in so long that I'm actually shocked. When a book sucks me in this quickly and I'm absolutely entranced I know it will be a favorite forever. Thank you CP for opening my eyes and sharing such an amazing world. So hooked.
