Depression presents itself differently in each person.

On one hand. On the other, it has nothing to do with being an atheist or radical.
It is a serious condition that affects people of all backgrounds. And, as you said, there are many forms of depression, depending on each person.
Some struggle with concentration, or décision making, others may seem perfectly fine on the outside, but feel empty or disconnected inside. One thing is for sure - we have no idea how many people, how many of us live with it
without even realizing it. It is far more widespread than we tend to acknoledge. Most of the time we call it " fatigue ", or stress, trying to lie ourselves. By the way, Woody Allen's view on this would be quite entertaining :)
