Was hoping it would come out at trial but at closing arguments it still isn’t answered. I’m still stuck on the kid being “asleep” at the early hour. I’ve nannied for multiple young families and am hard pressed to think of a three year old who is able to sleep through being moved around and listening to a hands free phone call at 8am. Maybe 8pm. But not before nursery?!
