this was the beginning of the end of my last reread since this section is just genuinely so confusing to keep up with

I think my problem with this series has always been that regardless of how interesting the implications are, they’re still IMPLICATIONS. this world has so much to offer yet fleshing it out always gets sidelined. I think we should be moving slower + more in depth

1. rize is alive???
2. when did kaneki get so ripped??
3. where tf is hide??

I miss vol 2 when everything was still relatively simple and hide and touka were still around

juzo has near vibes if near was built more like nagisa

as much as this series makes you want to root for the ghouls I can only imagine how horrifying of a situation the doves are in

(also I’ve discovered buddy dads doesn’t have a manga and I’m devastated)
