This is my least favourite novel set in Osten Ard, and yeah, it is sad it is nearly over and I am not 100% enthralled. But the second half is so much stronger than the first!

I got halfway through Dragonbone Chair and just couldn't keep going, it was sadly a DNF. I'm thinking I might click more with the more recent sequel series starting with Witchwood Crown....

You know i think it might be tough but you could try it! However you could also try another Tad Williams series: Shadowmarch. Its underrated and faster paced
