Haven't had time to read lately but glad to be back to this. Still, we're almost through it and it doesn't have quite the magic and personality of the previous two.

Getting intense now, but still has a feeling of having not come very far for how close to the end we're getting.

This is getting interesting now that we're into Leaphorn in the field, interviewing, interacting with Navajo culture, and starting to put together some pieces of the mystery. This story feels more procedural and nebulous than previous, but now that it's moving it's an easy and interesting read.

Good to return to this after more than a week.
