Pleasantly surprised at how little this world feels like the Wizarding one, in a very good way, and Helena is a marvelous heroine as far as showing her as a victim/prisoner but also previously trapped/limited within the Eternal Flame because of her outsider status. A little info-dumpy at times but I think to be expected and it’s been done in a way that doesn’t feel out of place with the rest of the writing.
