Well, at least she talked to the girl now. But this reads like an adult trying to be a middle schooler preaching about All The Important Things. Have we mentioned sex trafficking? Check. What about global warming? Check. The ethics of a farm? Check. Girls in Steam? Check. Immigrants? Check. Bullying? Check. Like...at least make it seem organic and not try to cram it all in one unnatural go. We're only 100 pages in.

This book is already annoying me. It's giving "I'm not like other girls" and let me write a whole project about a girl I haven't even TALKED to and when the teacher says no, my self-righteous mother threatens litigation. Charming.
