Two young men come around the corner at the same time Travis is leaving the kitchen, both familiar faces, one more than the other. It’s Gabe, the slave who was only in the house shortly before the bust, and Nolan. Gabe visibly flinches.
Nolan drops straight to his knees with a gasped, “Master Roarke!”

Wtf is wrong with Maison!?!? He knows is eat Travis up inside to do anything to Carter. And he KNEW Travis fell in love with him way before they told him the truth. This better all be to try get them to leave each other cuz he doesn't see this turning out healthy or I will cut a bitch.

“It took days for Travis to get himself to tell you the truth. Probably because he wanted to fuck you a few more times.”
“He wouldn’t do that. Travis wouldn’t do that to me.”
“Don’t you put him on a fucking pedestal. Not when he’s in your bed as we speak. What’d you do, Carter? Did you fuck your rapist?”

But then he told the truth.
You don't even know him. The man you fell in love with was a lie. A character he made up. There's a chance you don't even like who Travis really is.
