So I think this is am allegory like narnia, so not knowing the meaning behind most of what happens is a bit confusing. Still, you CAN read it as just-for-fun literature.
I really enjoy Lewis's descriptions of the planet. He gives logical explanations about why it is the way it is. Its oddly comforting because it's a Lewis book. I don't know if I'd continue reading it if it wasn't written in his comforting style

Im actually really glued to this book. I don't know how to explain it but Ransom is a very C.S. Lewis/Tolkien character (the 2 are pretty much the same in my mind. 😆) He reminds me a lot of Bilbo and Frodo from the books.
