Good, I liked its point about weak ties and how we need to push outside of our bubble to make strides rather than sticking with the same “tribe”.
I really liked the earlier chapters about building identity capital. I find myself needed to build capital right now, in fact today I applied at a Michelin star restaurant after talking to the owner.

Good, it talked about screen time and building good habits. I couldn’t agree more with the screen time as I’ve been catching myself sliding down that slippery slope again, but I noticed something more interesting that I liked. When it talked about building good habits, I knew exactly what it was talking about and how to it. All from reading. I’m starting to notice my work having some benefits which I love.

Good, we talked about older couples that are sad in their marriages. Nothing really riveting but interesting and helpful to see some of the assumptions people made that ended up shooting them in the foot

I began the love chapter. It follows a similar pattern to the work one, telling stories of people in their 30s who wished they had taken love more seriously in their 20s. I feel like I have taken it quite seriously but I could definitely use some advice

We talked about the search for glory, the book gives lots of examples of people in their 30s and 40s who now have a house, kids and debts to pay off. These responsibilities make them realize they need a job that pays well, and one they’ll enjoy if it means being away from their family for that long, but they now realize that’s not possible because they haven’t built anything.
