I know I said I'd try another week, but reading the second week chapter made me reconsider the whole thing. The "poisonous playmate" thing comes across as some arrogant, condescending BS that encourages a concerning approach to one's interpersonal relationships.
I once saw someone jokingly say this book is like a cult, but I'm not sure it was a joke anymore.
All things considered, it's just not for me. DNF.

WEEK 1: I started this on a whim with the lowest of expectations. Though I understand all the god talk as ambiguous and up to interpretation, I really dislike it. Also, the affirmations thing irks me greatly. Even so, I like the exercise of morning pages and some other prompts in the book and, taking some creative liberties, I think it could be a useful tool. Will do another week, but possibly drop it later.
