ariete is madly entertaining

lot of stuff i didnt rly like about the series so far but goddamn imani erriu knows how to build a world

actually having a lot of fun with this book (mainly because it's not the author just running down a wattpad checklist)

eli lowkey goated and probably my favorite character so far

also this entire elara arc is giving the blackpink lisa vixi thing
this is an issue that could've been avoided if they properly set her up in the first book but the flip is so drastic like i get she wants vengeance but it's giving wattpad in this book and if the development wasn't dog water in the first book it wouldn't feel that way
