I feel that this book is bias towards anxious attachment styles. As I have one myself, I feel like we shouldn’t cater towards them and actually help them learn and grow? The world (and work) should not stop bc they haven’t got a text back during the work day…

I think this book would work better for people that are less self aware

Deffo need to pay attention when listening bc I’m already getting a bit lost
