Are you becoming a manager? I read this book when I first became a manager a few years ago, the first half was really beneficial, and the back half gives good insight into what those in senior leadership roles deal with regularly.

I actually have been in the role for about 2.5 years now and I’m just skimming through the first half to see if there’s something new to learn. And yes, my focus is going to be the second half too.
