Kennit is playing in everyones faces.. Like what a disguting tactic to use Vivacias and Ettas jealousy to get what he wants... And making Etta think that he wants to have a child with her, when he is only thinking of a plan B if Wintrow becomes problematic...

Also I am not sure how Paragon will react to everything that happened. Will he sail in this book?

That traders council was a mess. The traders are divided and I doubt that they will do anything against the Satrap or help the Vestrits / Ophelia.

I had forgotten how cold and cruel Kennit is after he had some sweet moments with Wintrow and was docile after losing the leg. He clearly cares for no one else other than himself...

At least he kinda helped his mother (for his own gain though) and killed that Sa'dar bastard

Also Sa'dar is shady and I believe he will try and kill someone. Kyle being an asshole (surprise) and Wintrow and Kennit having a father-son relationship that Wintrow needs. Great chapter!
