Haunting. That is the best word for this book. Every small anecdote leaves me with a wide, empty, overwhelming, sad but hopeful feeling.

Emily St. John is one of the most talented writers of our time - and I feel comfortable saying that without finishing the book. Regardless of where this story goes, I can say it is powerful. I will be recommending this “universe” to everyone I can think of.
