there are so many layers to that statement:
-kings are inherently mad
-madwomen are only called such because they have the disposition of a king, which is unladylike
-all leaders and brilliant minds are mad, because madness brings chaos and chaos brings change
-or perhaps, Kings and madwomen are more sane than the rest
