we don’t know who Jack’s dad is. Mirin won’t talk about it. When raided by the enemy clan, but Mirin’s house which is super close to THE LITERAL BORDER TO THE ENEMY CLAN has only been raided once and other homes further away are always getting raided. Maybe bc she’s getting w one of the enemies?! Like the laird? Which would make Jack the heir. It’s giving Romeo&Juliet
