CHAPTER 6:
-super whos: you can’t have rockstars playing with avg players
-It’s better to pay 1 rockstar a lot & get 16x the results than pay a ton of avg ppl for less results
-Let your future dictate your floor; it will get really high
CONCLUSION:
-people aren’t willing to grow something beyond them or let go of control
-have to focus on partnerships needed to scale
-One offering, not a bunch of confusing ones

Didn’t get much out of Chapter 5 other than don’t confuse your market about who you are and that being a CEO means BEING an elite storyteller from day 1

Weed out what no longer fits.

Raise your floor.

You can tell what you’re committed to by the results you’re producing.

You can’t keep holding onto what was just because you’re invested.

Become a pro at letting go.
