I’m really struggling with this book. The characters are really wooden..

To dnf or not to dnf becomes a difficult decision after passing the halfway point. Then, again, at any point "life is too short to.....". Wishing you the best with this book and lots of love and good news with all you have going on right about now 💛🧚♀️🙋🏼.

Wishing you the best with this book and lots of love and go..."Thank you Val for your kind words, it means a lot. Im clear of the big C, but have been diagnosed with chronic levator ani syndrome. Doc can’t find meds that work yet so sitting down is still very painful. Taken them 4 years to come to that conclusion..!! 😖😂
Anyhow enough of that I’m going to carry on as it’s a Netgalley book although I’m not enjoying it.. 😮😮
Drats on gr dismissing DMs, this is a case where DM would be so useful! Anyway, and more importantly:Congrats, Julia, on being clear of the big "C"! However, a persistent pain in the @$$ is very frustrating! Due to the personal nature of this condition the following question is being asked rhetorically, only as things to consider that may help, I'm not looking for an actual reply; has your doc recommended:
1. seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist
2. a few exercises or techniques to help the muscle relax (can be found on the internet)
3. warm baths (or hot tub) to help the muscle relax
4. perenial massage (this, too, can be found on the internet)
Also, sitting less may provide relief if you can use a standing desk.
Whatever you choose to do, my prayers are with you, always wishing the best for you dear friend 💛🧚♀️🙋🏼.
