This is hovering in my Book Club Suggestions list so I'll be interested to see what you think of it.

Meh, just about sums it up. I’m not really sure what I felt about it as I usually love slow books about the outdoors and the sometimes odd people that live there but there didn’t seem to be a lot of point to the story.
But I’ll admit to speeding up the already short audiobook to get it over and done with.

Ah, okay. I thought it might be a bit like Claire Keegan, but I think I'll move it off the book club list and maybe see if the library has a copy. Thanks. 🙂
