Either I’m just extremely picky and always have on my hater pants or every book I am picking up here lately is like trash.

Sigh this feels like I’m having to force myself thru this one

It’s like everyone is already in relationships and this reads like a group chat, I’m almost 100 pages in. I can’t decipher who is who if I were not told who the chapter POV would be. It is 6 POVS which isn’t a problem but you only get a lot of talking so far and nothing much else going on at almost 20% in. I also can’t picture anyone or anything in my head from lack of world building.
