Skimmed a couple chapters here about Goals and Feedback. Worst was the anecdotes about video games and marathon running, with the author shamelessly bragging on himself. Book straying far from the thesis in the flabby middle. Okay, I did learn Facebook invented the ubiquitous "like" button.
