In less than a quarter of book, this is the third time he says something of the sort; and it doesn't bode well that, on his last day of rehab due to his addiction to alcohol, drugs and sex, he was shown engaging sexually with his nurse- and it was understood it wasn't a one-time occurrence. I just can't take this seriously.
