Thank God it's over. Don't get me wrong, she writes beautifully and poignantly. And the parts about T.H. White were fascinating. It just turns out that descriptions of hunts-by-hawk bore me to death. It's like any time someone with a hobby that you don't partake in starts ranting about gear you have no interest in but you listen because you're polite. I felt like that through this whole book.
