Now I really hate Mike. Aubrey did the mature thing by going to apologize for the fight that went down between them, and he acts like a complete douche. He is one of the worst characters I have ever had the misfortune of reading about.

Are we, the readers, supposed to think Mike is an asshole? Because I really hate him right now, whether or not that was the author's intent. He's controlling and possessive over Aubrey and he barely knows her! Ugh, what an ass.
