I am loving all of the helpful skills that are presented in this book. Coping skills, dialectical thinking, mindfulness skills, radical acceptance, distrust tolerance, and more. It's a great book and I highly recommend it if you are struggling with comfort eating, emotional eating or binging. It's great workbook to use for your own self-help or with the assistance of a therapist.
