Falling for the Knight by Cecelia Mecca is book Two in the Enchanted Falls series. This is the story of Hannah and Tristan. I haven't yet read the previous book, so for me this was a standalone book.
Hannah and her sister head to Scotland to fulfill a dream their parents had. When they jump off an enchanted waterfall, when Hannah awakes she is in a different time. Being a independent business women in times of old is something she can't believe. Tristan is the Lord who comes to investigate a women by the river in crazy clothes that not one knows. Tristan has to take her to his home and feelings start to grow. Hannah slowly starting to realize that she isn't in her time periods moves forward to try to find a way back...but her feelings also start to grow for Tristan.
I am such a fan of Ms. Mecca's book that I try to get my hands on her books as soon as I can. Loved this book and excited for this series!

Enjoyable time travel story. Tristan and Hannah are both strong characters with minds of their own. Coming from different centuries sometimes makes communication difficult but Hannah soon wins Tristan’s people over. I felt for Hannah when she didn’t know where her sisters were. Will she stay with Tristan? I loved the ending and encourage time travel lovers to read this story.

I'm back with another time travel romance. Can you tell I want Outlander to get here already? I'm also being bad and reading out of order because this is book 2 in a trilogy. The great thing? I'll go back and pick up book 1 because I really enjoyed this one.The premise of this series is about three sisters traveling to Scotland on the anniversary of their parents death to fulfill the wish they had of traveling there. When they jump of an enchanted waterfall they are transported back in time (all three separately) and Hannah finds herself outside of a Medieval castle surrounded by what she thinks are Renaissance actors only to find out something else completely has happened.
There was something so easy to fall in love with in this book. The characters, the setting, the story. Hannah's internal struggle of wanting to go back to her time and her sisters, but at the same time falling for Tristan and considering staying with him. It's a very fast moving story and so easy to gobble up in one sitting.
I am really excited to read the other two stories and hopefully find 3 new authors to continue reading! FALLING FOR THE KNIGHT was a fun, feel good, light hearted romance.

What a wonderful idea!I have seen it done before but was not expecting it. A trilogy written by three different Historical Romance authors. I read the first book not knowing this so when I went to buy these conditions book, I discovered it was written by Cecelia Mecca.
Three sisters were on vacation in Scotland when they jumped off enchanted Falls They surfaced in a different body of water. Caroline surfaced in a loch in Scotland in the year 1394. She was featured in the first book. Hannah, the oldest sister, woke up on a beach in England at Saxford Castle.
When Hannah realized she had gone back in time, she was frantic. She didn't know if her sisters had surfaced at Leannan Falls in Scotland in the future or if they had shared her fate. She just knew she had to return to the falls to try to get back to the future.
Tristan is the order of Saxford Castle. He thinks Hannah is beautiful but confused. He's willing to help her out but Leannan Falls is right near his enemy's lands.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I liked that Hannah was a modern woman who did not like the way men treated women in medieval times and the some of the hardships back then.
I hope the last book is written as well.

Falling for the Knight is the second book in the Enchanted Falls trilogy by Cecelia Mecca. Book 1 in this trilogy is from Emma Prince and book 3 is written by Keira Montclair. Each book concentrates on one of three sisters whisked back in time at an enchanted waterfall. Each book can be read as a standalone one, but I think once you read this one you will definitely want to read the others.
Cecelia's book centres on Hannah Sutton. She is a successful businesswoman who likes her independence. Her parents died a year ago having never fulfilled their wish of going to Scotland, so she and her sisters decide to remember them on the anniversary of their passing by going to Scotland for them. When for a lark they jump off a ledge at an enchanted waterfall just one day before having to return to America Hannah finds herself waking up on the shore of a river without her sisters. Instead, she is being watched by men very obviously in medieval re-enactment garb.
Tristan is Lord of Saxford, a title bestowed upon him for his bravery in battle. As Lord, he is called upon by one of his men to go to the river to see the strange woman that has been washed up ashore. He can't believe his eyes when he sees her there, sodden and dressed in the strangest clothes he has ever seen. Also talking in words he can barely understand. He knows he can't just leave her there so takes her back to his castle where she finally starts to realise that the men around her aren't actors and that somehow she has travelled back in time.
She has to convince Tristan who she is and where, or more importantly when she is from, and she needs to have his help to find out if her sisters travelled through time as well. It all sounds simple enough, but with the end of a peace treaty amongst the border clans coming to an end, Tristan has to be very careful about where he or his men travel. He does promise to see what he can find out for her and in the meantime, Hannah starts to settle into her new way of life, including falling for the handsome Knight. Her feelings are positively reciprocated but with the uncertainty of when or even if Hannah can go back to her own time between them they try to hold back from giving in to their feelings.
Will they be able to keep their hearts from breaking, and what of the upcoming battle when the peace treaty ends, will Tristan be able to keep his people, especially Hannah safe?
This was a truly magical story one that was exciting from the very first pages. There were some funny moments, especially between Hannah and the castle's cook which had me laughing out loud. Then, of course, there were the tense moments where lives were at stake, and best of all the wonderful passionate moments between Hannah and Tristan. All of that going on around the fabulous storyline of the time travel and this reader could not read the book quickly enough. There was never a dull moment, and its conclusion was just perfect. I love how three authors can come together to write a trilogy, and I definitely want to read the other two books now.

After reading the first book in this Enchanted Falls trilogy, I could not wait to read Cecelia's story! I knew it would be an amazing tale as all of her books! She has a gift for making you feel you are there with the characters and yes, feel their emotions.
Hannah and her two sisters had gone to Scotland and on their last day, jumped off the falls to the water below. Even with her fear of heights, she wanted to be a part of this last adventure. But when she surfaces, she is washed ashore at Saxton Castle in the year 1394, where Tristan, lord of the castle finds her.
Now what is a modern girl to do when she finds herself surrounded by knights and has no idea she has traveled in time? The adventure begins and does not slow down until the end. Hannah is strong and a very successful business woman, so it is fun to see how she interacts with everyone. Also I loved Tristan and seeing how he handled her and his people.
I cannot wait to read the last book in this trilogy with the last sister and find out what happens. Trust me, you do not want to miss this story... Prepare to be Enchanted!!

This is the Second book in this series and I would say it’s a must , best to read Falling for the Highlander first , you will get the ultimate experience of this wonderful series if you do .
Cecelia Mecca writes this book with such insight into the Medieval world , it’s a stunning adventure, that takes you on a trip from present day Scotland to the year 1394 Northumbria, and unites you with the Lord and inhabitants of Saxford Castle .
Hannah is washed ashore near the castle and ‘rescued ‘by Tristan , and although he finds it difficult to understand her , he tries , slowly the two begin their relationship.
If you want to know more you have to get the book .
This is one series you’ll kick yourself if you miss , it’s fun , feisty, adventurous, enlightening, amorous, emotional and above all really well written.

Hannah is the middle sibling in this time traveling trilogy, she and her sisters jump into mystical falls and find themselves transported back in time to medieval Scotland and England. Tristan is the lord of Saxford Castle and does not expect to find a women mysteriously appear on a nearby beach. They battle through trying to find Hannahs' sisters and the reactions of people around them to discover that maybe they were meant to find each other.
I like that Hannah picked up on all of the differences between our time and the medieval period, including the rights and treatment of women. I also love the ending, it makes me impatient for the final book!

These are honestly more long novellas than true novels. They're so quick, I feel like I'm devouring them. But they're good!

This is an OK time travel romance, with a likable couple, but they fell in love much too quickly for me to believe. This book gets 3 stars from me.
I liked Hannah, but thought she adapted to her time travel way to easily. She would have been much more freaked out by it than she was, and would have missed more things from her modern life.
I also liked Tristan, but thought he accepted Hannah's story of time travel a little too easily. If she had something from the future that worked (like a cell phone or computer) to prove her story, it would have made more sense. But all she had was a dead cell phone and a credit card -- and he believed her? I didn't buy it.
My main issue with the story, though, was that they fell in love way too quickly to believe. Their cultures were so different, and I think it would have taken them both a lot longer to adjust to each other. Instead, they lusted after each other right away, and were in love in only a few weeks? I just didn't believe it.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

Beda buku, beda author. Hasilnya pun beda. Menurut saya buku ini lebih bagus daripada buku pertama. Yang ini lebih berasa time travelnya, pendalaman kharakternya juga lebih baik dan interaksi para tokoh di ceritanya juga gak cuma itu-itu aja. Di sini Heroinenya mau belajar beradaptasi dengan lingkungan barunya yang jauh dari kehidupan modern. Mulai dari belajar bahasa ala abad 13, belajar berkuda, bersosialisasi dgn orang2 & pelayan, dst. Sudah pasti ada culture shock dan membuat Heroinenya galau antara stay atau balik ke masa depan. Cuma sayangnya bisa dibilang buku ini minim konflik, biarpun ya... tetep enjoyable.
Di buku ini diceritakan salah satu dari tiga bersaudari Sutton, yaitu Hannah si sulung, terdampar di Saxford dan ditemukan oleh seorang Lord di sana, yaitu Tristan. Tristan ini seorang knight yang asalnya cuma pengrajin senjata dan ibunya seorang mucikari yang mengelola rumah bordil. Diangkat jadi Knight karena dia membantu overlordnya, Lord Kenton, untuk memenangkan battle melawan musuh lama mereka, Sutherland. Sayangnya Lord Kenton dan Sutherland ini jg kurang digali lbh dalam sih. Mgkn karena udah dianggap terlalu tebel kali ya bukunya. Jadi biarpun Heronya seorang Knight di era medieval, ga ada plot ttg perang atau skill pedang2an sama musuh.
Hannah di sini heroine yang rasional (beda sama adeknya Caroline yg di buku pertama banyakan drama2annya) dan berpendidikan tinggi. Dia punya bisnis sendiri yang sangat sukses sebagai event organizer. Mgkn itu jg yang bikin dia bisa beradaptasi utk jadi seorang Lady di era itu, karena dia juga punya wawasan luar dan kedewasaan.
Overall, saya bisa menyelesaikan buku ini lebih cepat daripada buku pertama karena ceritanya bikin nagih. Cuma memang kurang greget sedikit gara2 minim konflik. Sebagai penggemar novel bersetting medieval, saya pengen ada plot pertarungan yang gore. Sayangnya saya gak menemukannya di sini.

While not saturated with "action adventure," the book focuses heavily on the relationship between the two main characters, Tristan and Hannah and their seemingly impossible dilemmas.
As Sir Tristan is faced with the near end of a peace treaty with his long time border rivals the Sutherlands, the impending drums of war can be felt growing steadily in the back ground. In the meantime, Hannah is desperately trying to find a way home to her two sisters while ebbing away her growing feelings for Tristan.
On the whole, I found this story to be filled with the kind of emotional push and pull that I love to see in time travel romances. There were times I laughed, swooned, sighed and even cried! Cecelia Mecca has done a wonderful job in continuing with this delightful series, bringing to it her own style and creative passion. Never once betraying the base story line of the whole series, Cecelia has captured its essence and made it her own. Tristan and Hannah are believable and raw, their love story seductive and sweet. At one point, Tristan gives 21st century romance rituals a try leading to a scene with such raw, untamed emotion that it felt like pure heaven....this is one instance where I swooned, sighed and cried all in one scene!
The collaboration efforts so far in this series have been impressive. Staying on track and adding a bit more to the sisters story line with each book. I am looking forward to reading Book 3 by Keira Montclair, who I have every faith will bring this series to a close in spectacular fashion!

Falling for the Knight
The following are my thoughts as I read this book. Hannah Sutton…an American, transported back to the 1300s, desperately wants to return to Leannan Falls. Tristan…Lord of Saxford Castle, about to go to war with a rival neighbor, decides to take Hannah back to Leannan Falls. Ok I’m prepared for the time travel this time because I read the previous book in the series. The physical tension between the MCs is noticeable, hehehe. I don’t think I like the h very much right now. I feel sorry for the H that h is too self-centered to realize the danger he is facing bringing her to the falls. Yep, the h is still being selfish with the H, I hope she changes. I understand the concern the h has for her sisters but she still is not giving the H a fair deal. Ok the h has surprised me and made me smile after my berating her LOL. Oh goodie a surprise ending, now I must search for the final book in the series! Ok so I will admit I read with desire to see if the mystery was solved, but I did enjoy the story because it got me emotionally invested with the character. This h was bold, opinionated, and liked things her way. The H was a gentle alpha male. Yes, there is steamy steam.

Falling for the Knight is Hannah and Tristan story and book 2 in the Enchanted Falls series. Hannah is one of three sisters who are visiting Scotland and all of them jump off a waterfall and travel back in time 600 years to Medieval Scotland. Hannah herself marooned near a castle in England, alone, that is until Tristian, the hunky Laird of Saxford, comes to investigate a lone women by the river in crazy clothes that not one knows. He takes her to his castle to see how she infiltrated his land and to determine if she’s been sent by the enemy. Hannah slowly starts to realize she’s traveled back to medieval Scotland/England, she desperately feels the need to return to the falls where it all started to find her sisters. She moves forward to try to find a way back to her sisters, but her feelings also start to grow for Tristan. A captivating story of two strong independent people who at first have a language barrier that’s funny to read about and who slowly grow to care for one another and find a love to transcend time that will last a lifetime. This is my honest opinions after I voluntarily read a copy of this book that was provided to me with no requirements for a review.

Fantastic Trilogy so far
5 stars. I enjoyed this book as I do all her books. I thought it started out not knowing how this could ever work out happily. It was a magical beginning, and followed their relationship through seemingly impossible odds. The best part was learning to love theses two. Tristan was such a honest, kind, honorable, gentle person. He came from a very poor beginning to end up as a Lord, who earned the respect of his mentor and his people. It followed Tristan and Hannah’s journey learning about each other, getting closer with respect, turning tender, loving, with some little sexual feelings, that ended with a little spice. I was so happy following them to what I thought a perfect HEA. I highly recommend this story, as I do all of her books. I have enjoyed these two first stories, and I am waiting for third and last part to complete this great story of three sisters ending up with their soulmates.

Great series
I have to admit I was a little skeptical about time travel as its not my favorite but have been pleasantly surprised by this series. This is the second in the series but can be read alone. This story is about the oldest sister Hannah. She and her sisters go to Scotland a year after their parents death. They jump off a cliff above a waterfall and each ends up in a different location. Hannah wakes up on a beach near the castle of Lord Tristan. He does not know what to do with her and she just wants to find her sisters. Their conversations while learning about each other are humorous as well as enlightening. Eventually she finds a way to use her knowledge of being an event planner to find a role at the castle. It takes some time but he recognizes her value when negotiations take place. It is a very good book and I highly recommend. I look forward to reading more by this author

Just wonderful
I adore time travel books & Cecilia Mecca is one of the best authors out there. She hasn't disappointed in this one.
Here we meet the beautiful Hannah and her handsome Lord Tristan as she struggles with suddenly finding herself flung back to the 14th century where she is found by the hunky Tristan. Facing the battles of not knowing where her 2 sisters, who took the plunge off a waterfall with her, ended up and falling for Tristan. Adjusting to life there as well as the people is a big step but nothing will stand in her way of finding her sisters. However, there is a twist. Obviously this is one of 3 stories, all telling about the surroundings the girls land in.
Cecilia Mecca is such a brilliant writer, the reader is transported back in time and the daily life of a specific era. The bonus of finding the love of their lives just adds to the story.

Hanna Sutton owns her own event planning business in Boston. But she's taken off to visit Scotland with her sisters as a memorial to their parents who always wanted to return to the country of his ancestors but never had a chance. Now the three sisters are spending the last hours visiting a waterfall and jumping off into the pool which takes her back 600 years! How will the independant, need no male, Hanna get along in this age where ladies are to tend to their embroidery and little else? Lucky for her the fairy of the pool matches time travelers to their soul mates if she can recognize him behind his arrogance and bossiness. Great reading and highly recommended! I volunteered this review after reading an ARC.

I fell for this knight
Book 2 in the Enchanted Falls trilogy, Falling for the Knight, was all I hoped for after reading Book 1, Falling for the Chieftain. Cecelia Mecca can write a scene that pulls you right into it. I could see and feel the medieval culture. Her research into that era is impeccable and her characters are endearing. The book is not too short, but I wished it was longer just because I enjoyed it so much and did not want it to end. Caroline and Callum (Book 1) were my favorites, that is, until I got to know Hannah and Tristan in Book 2. Now I can’t wait to read Book 3 and learn about their sister Allie and the soul mate she must travel 600 years back in time to be united with. I love this trilogy!

After the three sisters jumped into Leannan Falls, Hannah found herself on a beach . . . In 1394 . . . wearing shorts and a tank top. She was surrounded by men in medieval dress with swords. She is astonished to have awakened in the midst of some kind of reenactment.
Tristan, the laird of Saxford Castle, scoops her up and hurries her to the castle where is given appropriate clothing. She is dismayed that her sisters are not with her but has no idea how to explain who she is and where she came from.
Hannah is an independent woman who is loath to leave behind the successful business she created. If there is a way to return to her own time, she means to find it. If only she can resist the irresistible Tristan . . . .

Falling for the Knight
This is the second book in the trilogy about three sisters who
Come to Scotland from the US to honour their parents lives as they had planned to do, but unfortunately they were both killed in an accident. Whilst in Scotland one of them had an idea to all hold hands and jump into the waterfall, so the other sisters humoured her and they did. But unknown to them they came out in the fourteenth century, and totally lost to one another and each one did not know if her sister survived or not. I loved this book. It continued from book one and so the characters were still in my head and the loving and affection shown to each of them was wonderful. I loved it.

Falling for the Knight Book 2 of the Enchanted Falls Trilogy.
On Vacation in Scotland 3 sister decide to join hands and jump of a cliff into the Falls. The 3 sisters all whined up in 14th century Scotland and in 3 different locations. they have time traveled 600 years into the past.
Falling for the Knight is bk2 and the eldest sister Hannah's story. The story was good the chemistry between Hannan and Lord Tristan was good. The storyline was good but not great. I wanted more.
I would have loved to see the two sisters having more time together when they reunite. Instead, we get the cliffhanger rushed ending like we got in bk.1. I guess this is because you have 3 different authors writing the 3 sister's stories.

Similar to first book, but I enjoyed it!
As much as I really want to enjoy this, it's really similar to the first book. What I really did enjoy was how Hannah would explain the present terms to Tristan. It was funny. Lol Tristan was so sweet when he wanted to take Hannah out on a date. I love how Hannah is still her independent woman. During medieval times, woman can't voice their own opinions, but Hannah didn't back down. When they're together, you just can't help but smile. At times, I'm like, forget your sisters. Just stay with Tristan. 😂

Honestly loving this little romance series.
Created by 3 different romance authors as a collection I love it. Medieval Scotland and England as backdrops? Oh my god, yes.
Simply put. And its actually not written bad. So many of the tiktok etc. recommendations I keep seeing are awful, like fanfiction printed for cash. But these are actually decently written books, less than 300 pages, plot intertwining and a tense backdrop so that the story isn't just a wayward romance.
Although the covers... am I turning into those middle aged women that only pick up these type of books? Oh dear.

Falling Trilogy
This series is absolutely the best! My three favorite authors have come together to write this series and it is not disappointing. The three sisters travel to Scotland to remember their parents and on their last day jump off a waterfall together. Each book of this trilogy then tells of each sisters journey back in time to find their soulmate. Wonderfully written and highly entertaining, I can’t wait to read the next book!

Timeless Adventure
Another great book by Cecelia Mecca. The story of Hannah and Tristan made me laugh at times. Hannah finds herself transported into the past....where women act differently. Tristan is a challenge and more being a medieval knight. This is another story that captivates you from the very start....I look forward to the third and final book in this trilogy. Definitely a story worth reading! Will it be a happily ever after ?

The truce!
Jumping into a lake near the waterfalls was her sisters idea. Yet the three jumped.
Finding herself in the 14th century made her faint from shock. Slowly adjusting to the change in her life from being a business woman. Then wanting to find her sisters and wanting to stay.
Six hundred years of difference is alot to take in. The first book in the Enchanted Falls was a great read. Can't wait for the next story.

I have read all 3 books in this series by Emma Prince, Cecelia Mecca and Keira Montclair and I absolutely LOVED all 3!!! My first love is historical romance, especially when it takes place in the Highlands and my second love is time travel so when you put the two of them together, you get a book that you just can't put down. I really enjoyed the concept of these books that sees three sisters travel back in time and finding their HEA. I loved Hannah and Tristan's story, very well written!!
