Tamara Lush My two sentence horror story: No coffee.
Tamara Lush I just finished The Idea of You by Robinne Lee, and I think that fictional world would be a pretty tasty one...
Tamara Lush Summer's technically over in my hemisphere, but not where I live (Florida). We have a couple more months of hot weather! I'm currently reading The Girl He Used to Know by Tracey Garvis Graves and Catering to Nobody by Diane Mott Davidson.
Tamara Lush My third book, the novella called Tell Me a Story, (the first in The Story Series) has nothing to do with current events. It’s inspired by an actual literary event in my city called Story Brothel, where people pay writers to listen to them read aloud. My friend started this event, and asked me to participate. I was so intrigued by the concept and my imagination went into overdrive.

Who would show up? What if an erotica writer read her work? Would she be embarrassed, or would she be turned on? What if the person paying her to read was a well-dressed and sexy older man? The possibilities for teasing and flirting were endless, I thought.

In reality, I ended up doing Story Brothel in my city. Two people asked me to read for them, I made $15 and it wasn’t sexy at all (which is okay, as I’m married). It was great fun, though, and a really different way to connect with readers!
Tamara Lush I don't really get writer's block. I think it's because I've had to write daily as a reporter, I don't have the luxury of saying no to writing.
Tamara Lush I'm often inspired by news stories, probably because I'm a journalist and read/see a lot in my job.
Tamara Lush Pajamas all day every day. Seriously, it's connecting with people. Recently a reader messaged me and wrote: "I feel like I have found a very good friend in you." That made my entire week - that my books could make someone feel that way.
Tamara Lush Read every day. Read widely. Read outside your genre. Read the classics. Just READ.
Tamara Lush I'm currently working on a book called Constant Craving, which will be released in the fall. Here's the synopsis:

Justine Lavoie will do anything to keep her family’s award-winning newspaper in a small Florida town from closing. Her last chance of getting investment money turns up with her ex-lover, Rafael Menedez de Aviles, who now owns half of Miami and beyond. Memories of their love, their sexual connection and their heartache built walls she’s never been able to break through.

Rafael came from Cuba as a boy with nothing but the clothes on his back. He’s fought his way to the top, but he’s not satisfied with the glitz and glamour of Miami. He never dreamed he would see Justine again, until her desperation makes their worlds collide. Rafael, recalling their sexual games when they were younger, makes a proposition. Spend the next month together, allowing him to do anything he desires with her, and the newspaper gets everything it needs.

Justine, wanting him and needing to save her business, says yes.

It seems a simple enough affair, to burn off the heat between them and walk away for good, but opening their hearts and giving their bodies to each other a second time may destroy them forever.
Tamara Lush Hi Kala! I just saw this, so sorry to answer late! Thank you for reading the series!

That is an excellent question.

I will be writing Colin's story at some point in the coming months. I haven't decided if he will get a novella-length story, a series like Emma and Caleb or a full-length book. I do know that he will meet a wealthy and captivating woman named Samantha, however.
