Jim Brosseau The ideas behind Jounce came from a perfect storm of struggles about 6 years ago: pneumonia and laryngitis aren't a good mix for someone who speaks for a living, and in the midst of that I lost an older sister. Jim Brosseau Be accountable to someone else in the writing process. Whether it's a big publisher with a hard deadline for the manuscript, a book coach that holds you to a new draft chapter every few days, it doesn't matter.
