Planning, planning, planning. I create an outline of every major plot point for the whole book. This "skeleton" provides me with a base and a track to keep my story on as I "flesh it out" with the actual story. Then I just write and write until I've finished the story. Using this method, very similar to the Snowflake method, has been extremely helpful.

I am currently working on Break Away's sequel. Only about 1/6 of the way in but I have it all planned out...Just have to write it!

I knew I always wanted to write and I've always had ideas kicking around. After reading George RR Martin's "A Song of Ice & Fire" novels, I decided to try my hand at it and I use Martin's writing style as a guide for producing books that are detailed and fun to read.
